1. Data Controller
This website is operated by Sira Nur Uysal. We act as the data controller regarding the protection of your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
2. Data Collected
The following personal data may be collected through our website:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Birth date, time and place (for astrology consultations)
- Messages sent through the contact form
3. Purpose of Data Usage
Collected personal data is used solely for the following purposes:
- Providing astrology consultation services
- Processing appointment requests
- Registration for education notification lists
- Communicating with you
4. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to improve user experience and analyze visitor statistics. The Facebook Pixel (Meta) third-party cookie is loaded only with your explicit consent.
5. Data Security
Necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to ensure the security of your personal data. Your data is not sold. Section 6 explains what is shared with an AI application when you connect your account to one.
6. AI Connection (MCP)
You can connect your sirauysal.com account to an AI application such as Claude or ChatGPT. The connection uses the open MCP standard at https://sirauysal.com/mcp. Once connected, the application can, at your request in the chat, open charts in your Thema library, calculate new charts with Thema's own engine and save them to your library if you ask. This section applies only when you use this connection. The setup steps are in the connector guide.
How the connection is made
You sign in only on sirauysal.com's own page. Your password is never sent to the AI application. The consent screen lists what the application can do, and the connection is made only when you click "Allow" (İzin ver). When the connection is made, a notification email is sent to your account's email address. For the same application this email is sent at most once in 24 hours, or again if you grant a new permission.
What is sent to the application
The application does not browse your account on its own. When it calls a tool for something you asked in the chat, only that tool's result is sent to it. This can be:
- Calculated charts and results (planet positions, houses, aspects, transits, predictive techniques and similar)
- The name, birth date, time, place, notes, categories and tags of charts in your own library (only for the charts requested)
- Birth data you type in the chat yourself and calculations made with it
- If you granted the course notes permission: the title, date and slide text of the lessons that the portal has opened for you in courses where you have an active enrollment, the lesson notes you wrote and your course progress
The application can access only the charts in your own account. It cannot see other members' charts, your password or your payment details. The connector does not read your chat history, memory or files in the application.
Optional permissions
The following boxes on the consent screen are unchecked by default. Nothing you leave unchecked is granted.
- Course notes: Shown only if you have an active course enrollment. If checked, the application can read your lesson notes and course progress. It can also read, only in courses where you are enrolled, the title, date and slide text (as uploaded by Şira Nur Uysal) of the lessons the portal has currently opened for you. The content of lessons that are not open yet, or that are locked on your account, cannot be read. The questions and answers of the tests and exams in the portal are never read.
- Consultation request: If checked, the application first shows you the text of the request and, after your confirmation, creates a consultation request in your name. The request is stored on the site with your account name and email address and is sent to Şira Nur Uysal by email. If you ask for a reply on WhatsApp, your phone number is added to the request.
- Newsletter: If checked, the application can check, start or stop your newsletter subscription at your request. For this, your account's email address is sent to our newsletter service Brevo.
The AI provider
Tool results sent to the application are processed there under the terms and privacy policy of the company that provides it. For Claude this is Anthropic (Anthropic Privacy Policy). For ChatGPT it is OpenAI (OpenAI Privacy Policy). Whether your chats are used for model training depends on your account settings in that application.
We do not use information received through the connector to train AI models. We receive no chat content from the provider and send it nothing other than tool results.
The site administrator's own account also has administration tools. They are available only on the administrator's connection and with a separate permission, never on members' connections. When the administrator uses them, student information needed for the task (such as name, email, phone and payment status) may be displayed in the AI application the administrator uses.
NASA JPL
The tool that calculates asteroid positions gets them from NASA JPL's Horizons service. Only the asteroid number and the calculation dates are sent to that service. Your name, birth data or anything about your account is never sent.
What we store and for how long
- Connection permissions: which application you allowed, which permissions, when, and when the connection was last used. You can see this on the Connected apps page.
- Access tokens: only one-way hashes (SHA-256) are stored in our database, never the tokens themselves. Access tokens are valid for 1 hour and refresh tokens for 30 days. Expired tokens are deleted about 7 days later.
- Application registration: the connecting application's name, its return address and the IP address of the server that registered it. Registrations that never received a permission are deleted after 7 days.
- Call log: for security and abuse prevention, a short entry is kept for each tool call: time, account, application, tool name, a short result code, count, duration and the IP address of the server or device that sent the request. Chart content and what you write in the chat are never written to this log. Entries are deleted after 180 days.
- Charts: charts saved by the application stay in your library until you delete them. A chart deleted through the connector is kept for 30 days and can be restored on request during that time. After that it is permanently deleted.
- Notification emails: which application a connection notification was sent for, and when, is kept as a security record.
There are usage limits to prevent abuse. For example, one account can make at most 300 tool calls per hour.
Removing the connection
You can remove the connection at any time on the Connected apps page of sirauysal.com (the page is in Turkish). All tokens of that application stop working immediately and it can no longer access your account. Your saved charts are not deleted, and you can delete them in Thema. You can delete your account yourself in the "Delete my account" section at the bottom of the My Account page. Your charts, connection permissions and tokens are deleted with the account, and the call records are no longer linked to it.
7. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to know whether your personal data is being processed
- Right to request information about the processing
- Right to request deletion or destruction of your data
- Right to request correction of your data
You can delete your membership and the data linked to it yourself in the "Delete my account" section at the bottom of the My Account page. Your newsletter subscription ends with the account. Accounts of students with an enrollment, payment or certificate are closed by us because of accounting and legal record obligations.
